I went few years back and they screwed up my hair, I called and complained and they asked me to come back. Refused to get someone else seeing how I was uncomfortable with my hair being done by the same person. She did my hair again it was fine. Been back twice since both good visits till now. Came in as a walk in stood at the front desk for over 20 min while the receptionist answered calls and scheduled people in front of me. I asked for a specific stylist which happens to be the owner. Ironically she calls while I'm standing there and I can hear here in the phone, the reseptionist is telling her I'm there and wanting to do her hair And she tells her that the people on the cancellation list will come before me and that if she's thinking it's the same person she doesn't want to do my hair. Very offended, I have spent a lot of money in the salon each trip cost me at least 160 dollars because my hair is so long. I will not return. When small business people get a little business going they start treating paying customers like they don't matter. So disappointed.
