I have been renting from here for years. Everything has always been above and beyond. I love doing business here and will never go anywhere else!! I have had to use other companies through my employer and even with top member privileges at those companies, the service can't compare to Economy's.
I Own a local auto repair shop in town and if I have a customer that is gonna need a rental car at a great price I call Linda at Economy Rent a Car. They are always professional & kind. The cars are always the newest models and extremely clean. Oh and they have the most reasonable prices around. Keep up the good work Economy.
Worst experience! They post great prices, but when it's time to get your car they require a $1000 deposit or force you to buy insurance with $200 deposit. Staff not friendly at all. Can care less about customer satisfaction. Barely give any paperwork with all the payments and deposit holds. Had to require all proof of payments. Will never rent a car from them again!

Service was pretty decent. I was helping my 20 year old sister obtain a rental car after being in an accident and one of the main women up there decided to pull my sister to the side as we were leaving to tell her that I needed to let my sister grow up and handle things on her own. There is a difference in helping, and not letting her grow up. Next time we need your advice, we will ask directly.
