i have been using town & country 20 years or longer these are nicest people i dont think u could find a better bunch
I ordered and was charged for flowers. The person I sent them to never received them. I received no phone calls from Town and Country Flower Shop and did not receive a refund. The rep I spoke to was an older lady, very rude and unapologetic. I recommend using another florist, if you want what you pay for to be delivered.
I called around 11 and ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. They were delivered around 1. Great customer service and wonderful timing! Thanks!
The ladies at Town and Country Flower Shop are the best. They helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for, and even changed the bow to be exactly what we wanted. It was a very good experience.
