Stood looking for help to buy a tool cabinet and service representatives nearly run over me. Nobody even acknowledged that I was there! The best cabinets are at Lowes but I'll go somewhere else rather get NO SERVICE!!!
I purchased a dryer from Lowe's on Sunday, (Labor day weekend). The salesperson, Mark, was very friendly and knowledgeable! Mark informed me that the delivery people were not employed by Lowe's, however by another party. I admit, I was a little concerned. As informed, I received a telephone call on Labor Day advising me of the delivery time of 2-4pm on Tuesday. However, to my pleasant surprise, the delivery truck was in my driveway at 12pm. The deliverymen were very kind, polite and friendly. They put my new dryer in and took the old dryer away. They were in and out within 30 min. The dryer works great! I am very pleased with Mark and the deliverymen!
Most times they have every thing I need. If it's a part for my lawn tractor they are usually able tell me where I can find it. They're always courteous.
