It 2hours and 35 minutes to see a medical professional. The treatment was good, took less than 5 minutes.
I love the fact that they do not do their service via appointments. I really like the ease of being able to just walk in to the clinic without an appointment. The wait is generally short.

I have been going to Family Medical Center for about 10 years now. The girls at the front desk always greet me with a big smile! The doctors are always on point with my patient care. I always tell everybody to go to visit Family Medical Center for their medical needs. They also have a fabulous New You Med Spa in the same building. I have been there, I have lost 49 pounds on their weight loss program they are a very caring place and they are here to help you reach a healthier you!
Great doctors. They have taken great care of me for as long as I can remember. They're very kind and when I had to get blood drawn, IVs and shots they calmed me down and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I have a bad phobia of needles so it's the way they handled the situation that makes me come back. The only problem is the waiting for two hours, get a room and then wait another thirty minutes to an hour to get see a doctor. If you go here you need to give yourself an extra or hour or more for the wait time. I truly have only went a handful of times that they haven't had a wait (meaning at least 30 to an hour).
i would not even rate this place. The doctors are great but the staff is the worst ever. I am told that my billing problem can be fixed until i get to billing. Connie the supervisor does not see a problem with Stacy calling me 3 months later after leaving 5 messages. My bill is because of a error they refuse to fix. Now i am left to find another doctor because of the staff. I have been in there and a front agent was on the phone discussing a patients chart and nothing was done about it. do not waste your time here. My sugar is over 200 and the office does not care to get my bill correct to continue to see my dr
The office staff and environment are both friendly and inviting. The staff are always courteous and respectful. I'm impressed with how well they handle my health concerns and confidentiality.
