We have always used Classic Carpet Cleaning for our carpet, area rugs and upholstery and we are never disappointed. Ken and Cindy are wonderful, trustworthy people. I had never met Ken personally ( until today) and have never worried about leaving a key for him to come into my home. That level of trust is a rare and wonderful thing. I can't recommend them enough.
I have been using Classic Carpet Cleaning for 15 years and Ken has never done anything less than a super job. I have 4 dogs and have had many emergencies through the years, and Cindy has always been able to squeeze me in quickly. Ken is a true gentleman and very trustworthy. He has cleaned my home many times while I am not there. My carpets are 25 years old and always look great when he leaves. Their prices and very reasonable, too! I am a loyal customer!
If you want it done right and at a good price this is the one to call, I have been using classic carpet cleaning for years and will never use anyone else. Ken will show up at the time you choose, and for me being a truck driver and can only be home when I can if you call them they will set a time that works for you. And another good thing about them if for some reason you can't keep the appointment Ken will make a new appointment for you, no questions asked. Also his prices are the best. So give them a call and you will see what I mean. You want be sorry.
This year, 2017, marks our 20th year using Classic Carpet Cleaning in Griffin, Ga. Ken and Cindy first cleaned our carpets in 1997 and did a fantastic job. The place was a mess following a family Thanksgiving dinner with roughly 40 guests and their pets. The floors looked brand new after they finished. Once, on Christmas Eve, I called Ken and reported a carpet 'emergency'. One of my dogs had gotten into the grease trap of my smoker and eaten about a pound of pure grease. Then proceeded to come into the house and throw up this pure black grease all over a cream-colored carpet. Ken came right over to work on just this spot....on Christmas Eve! I will never use another company for my floors. Thanks Ken/Cindy!
The lady I spoke to when I called was super nice and answered any question I had, just a nice person. To make it even better the guy who came to clean my carpet was even nicer and friendly . And my carpet was super clean, keep in mind I have two kids and a dog, so you know I needed a good cleaning and he did just that. I recommend any one to this company.
