While I waited, I also requested a drink be delivered with the new pizza. When I finally received my order, they not only charged me for the soda (which I didn't mind paying for but should've gotten free for my inconvenience) but they had the audacity to charge me a delivery fee. Papa John's restaurant has lost me as a patron and there are so many other and better pizza restaurants to visit. Never again will I shop at Papa John's.
Whenever we order delivery they take much longer than the quoted time, the pizza is cold after being overcooked. Went into the store one time and they wouldn't match any online deals, had poor customer service and made many tasteless jokes as people came in and out. Won't be ordering from Papa Johns anymore.
I ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours and got no pizza. I called and at first they said it was already delivered, then said the driver forgot it. The manager said he would comp the pizza and send a few one and the employee promised they would bring it this time... Another 2 hours go by and still no pizza, I call and they say they didn't delete because my house was abandoned.... Like I was gonna try to rob them for a free pizza!!! Then act like it was my fault they didn't deliver it. Horrible!!! They didn't even attempt to call my phone when they got here to deliver it, or they claim they came by.
Ordered online for delivery and the pizza that was delivered had the wrong ingredients. Had to call the restaurant to correct the mistake and request another pizza to be delivered. They asked if I'd return the pizza with the wrong ingredients when my corrected order was delivered, which I thought to be strange (afterall, what were they going to do with the old pizza; give it to another customers?).
Staff is always helpful. Great management and employees.
We received our cold and undercooked pizza after a 2 hour wait. It was delivered to the wrong address and my son had to chase them down to get their attention. The driver was obviously intoxicated and had no idea where she was. She asked us for directions back to her place of employment. Save tour money and order from Dominos. I will never use this rathole of a company again.
