The chef did a wonderful job cooking steaks to temp. They were seasoned well and very juicy
Server Lisa was clearly having a bad day. Slow with drink refills. Kept forgetting about things we asked for. She seemed much more focused on another table. However, the food was amazing . Meat and sides all cooked just right. Delicious!
Well after having a few bad experiences everything got better for a while. My last 2 visits I was taken off the waiting list somehow and my buzzer never notified me it was time to be seated. This happened twice in 2 weeks. Ran out of baked potatoes and steak was over cooked. Hopefully I will be able to update this rating soon as there isn't much to choose from in Griffin.
Good time with a large crowd. Food was good. Nobody's perfect.
A bit of a problem day. The bartender took order but after that we never saw her again. Different people dropped off different items as they rushed to other tables. When bread came out it was cold & stale. Had asked for salad dressing on side but it was on salad (I'd never tried house dressing). Wife ordered burger "with everything". It came with no mustard, ketchup, mayo, etc. Had to stop someone to ask for condiments. As we were finishing, one mgr filled our water glasses & I asked who waiter/ waitress was for our table. That's when he said it was his fault they were understaffed. Another mgr came & wanted to know why I said we had no waitress since our food was on the table. I thought that was sarcasm so when I explained in detail all that had happened, she then kindly offered to provide us fresh bread to take home. We appreciated their problem but no customers should ever be left unattended after order taken. Thank you.
