We were there almost 2hours. Our daughter got her appetizer she ordered as her dinner about 30 minutes in and we got our appetizer about an hour after we got there. We had to ask the hostess for silverware. Got frustrated ask for manager and he offers beer or dessert on him. Just said let our waitress know. Well that was hard considering she barely came to the table. The manager never came back either. We finally got our nasty cold food. My husbands chicken was black and overcooked. We ended up leaving money on the table and walking out. $60 wasted!! The sad part was to be a Friday night they weren't crowded at all . maybe 15 people. So no reason for it to be this bad! The hostess was really friendly and actually great at her job!
Good food. Came to the table hot and delicious. Had to wait a bit to get my steak sauce as our waitress was busy and forgot. Other than that it was a great experience.
Great food good service good environment but a little bit pricey,that's why only 4 stars.
Had the 2 for $25. meal. We ordered the steak, it was cooked exactly how we ordered. The steaks were a bit small,but very good. Applebee 's also had long island ice teas for $1.50 so I had to get one. Good was cooked correct. The long island tea was amazing. I've had some that were so dark that I wasn't sure if I wanted it. This one was light and very refreshing.
Poor service, got our own silverware, own plates for appetizer, didnt ask if needed anything for our food like steak sauce. Kids food took forever. Brought salads right after they broight entrees.
