They have rats running through their units that have damaged a number of tenant's belongings including myself! I had to replace and repair damages caused by rats from their units and clean up rat droppings!!! but I was told "they are not responsible" and not a coin returned.
Extremely helpful. Good old polite southern business, would gladly shop again.
Prices are great and the office staff are wonderful.
