I have used Southside for 20 years. The service is the best for your pet. The veterinarians know the advanced techniques but, it still maintains the " country vet" appeal. You will get full attention by the techs(awesomeness) and the vets.
I have tried others even when I lived 50 miles away I came to Southside. When it comes to your pets last days the staff is compassionate. They understand the decision is difficult. You are not rushed.
I have visited several local vets and Southside Animal Hospital is by far my favorite to work with. They are always helpful, they answer all my questions, and never seem to mind if I'm being an over-worrisome pet parent. The office staff is always cordial and makes sure you're taken care of in a timely manner. The vet techs are extremely smart and are great with all three of my dogs who have extremely different temperaments. Last but not least, both Dr. Zach and Dr. Roberts are so good. Their bedside manner is great, they genuinely care and don't rush their time with you. If you've ever had a bad experience at a vets office then you know just how valuable it is to have a staff that is kind and caring. I would recommend Southside to all of my fellow pet parents.
