Terrible, the building smells, and the customer service is awful. Just go to the McDonough branch very good customer service there.

Poor customer service. Refused to notarize a copy of the easement on my house because my husband hadn't added me to his account yet, even though notarizing had nothing to do with his account AND I had my newborn son and three-year-old daughter with me. I had to drive all the way to the fayetteville location, where they notarized it without question and were shocked to hear that the griffin branch refused. I will not go back here.

The service is horrible. When I walk up to the counter, I am very patient and polite, but the ladies that work there won't even give me a smile or greet me. They're paid to assist us and show us kindness, but this place is seriously lacking in customer service skills.
