I can't speak for all Wells Fargo branches, but this one is terrible. I've had numerous bank accounts at several different banks and credit unions throughout my life, and this one is BY FAR the worst. The customer service representative tried to resolve my issue, but had to call in a manager. This is where you'd think my experience would have gotten better. Wrong!!! Nikki Reves is the manager I dealt with, and she was rude and very unprofessional. Wells Fargo has lost my business....
Worst service I ever experienced. Manager Nikki Reves is the most rude and incompetent manager. Cancelling my bank account and will be doing so with all of my other banking services due to the attitude shown by the employees there.
Outstanding customer service. I especially enjoy Rahill and Darshun (sp?). They both make me feel so very welcomed anytime I go into the bank. The wait time can be extremely slow but because of the great customer service skills expressed any reserve I may have is often overlooked. Any issues I may have with my accounts are resolved quickly. Great staff!!

Would give a 5 star but when you go inside they are so slow to help or acknowledge that your there, drive thru is just as bad plz just help inside and outside speed up and yall would be perfect
