On the phone. The days of customer service I fear are long gone. So disappointed. Well, they still get their money atleast. Yet I get. I help. Thanks y'all! :). Wow look at all the one stars....I guess they don't even care.
Horrible customer service. No one knows what polite means much less professionalism. The charges are outrages I can't figure out how no matter what my bill always increases. My light bill last summer was $200 then remained the same in the winter this summer it jumped up to $500. They won't work with you and the only advice they give is to ask the Good Samaritans charity for a hand out. I wish Georgia power serviced our area they are wonderful,polite, they work with you, and offer advice plus their rates are actually realistic.
