NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE CMON PEOPLE U SUCK
They NEVER answer the phone! When someone doesn't answer the phone, they're dodging for a reason! The reason is it cuts into their all day break! I wouldn't give them 1 star
WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE DOWN THERE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, AT ALL, PERIOD. AND WHEN PEOPLE HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK JUST TO GO ASK A QUESTION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN ANSWERED OVER THE PHONE, THEN U HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN WITH THE INFO YOU HAD GET...THAT IS RIDICULOUS....SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WHEN YOU GET BETTER SERVICE AT MCDONALDS THAN A GOVERMENT OFFICE..
I have never had anything but a good experience here. Bright and clean, and so accommodating! As good of an experience as any Gov't office could be.
