The rooms were remodeled and pretty clean. I didn't see any bugs, so that's good. It felt creepy though. When I would leave, I'd come back and see that the trash was empty so I know someone was there. One time, I saw all of our clothes moved, so that creeped me out, not knowing who was touching my underwear! Another day, a housekeeper just knocks and immediatly opens the door and proceeds to walk in! I definitely would not recommend this place for an extended stay but for a single night, it's fine. They had breakfast and it's close to the interstate, lots of restaurants, and shopping.
I found a discount rate online. So, I saved around twenty bucks. They found another way to extort money. I checked in around 5:30 pm. Was exhausted and went to sleep almost immediately. Woke up around 10 ish pm. Ate leftovers. Texted a couple people. Went right back to sleep. It's common for me to leave the tv all night. Which I did. Woke up around 10:15 and left. The last thing I did before I left was turn the tv off. An hour or so after I left they called and told me to come back because I smashed the tv and cut the cord. I said EXCUSE ME? The last thing I did before I left was turn the tv off. So I went back to take pictures. I Talked to the maid who cleaned my room. I said what happened to the tv? She said I dont know it was like that when I came in. I said wheres the cord. She said Idk. I said you picked the wrong person to mess with. Is this how you replace your equipment. So... BEWARE!!! Room rates at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites are extremely reasonable in comparison to most other hotels in the area. The service from housekeeping and maintenance are also very exceptional for the price.
Bathroom door old/broken,curtains torn unable to close. Continental breakfast was not replenished for the guess who came down after 7:30 a.m. . Staircase in need of painting.
The worst place ever. They had the nerve to charge me over 70 dollar for a room that smells like urine, stain over the covers etc etc. The hot tub looks like it hasn't been used in years I don't even think the jets work. Make a long story short save your money. Discrimination is real.
