my family has bought 6 mattress from this place over the last year,david has always told us how good his warranties were great and how he takes care of his customers.so we bought the last one in feb and it was a pillowtop fullsize and about 5 weeks later we noticed the entire middle was sagged down well over 2 inchs,so we called and they exchanged it with one that the bag had been opened and taped back up for some reason, not sure why it was not sealed since it was supposed to be new .so after about 2 weeks we noticed this one was doing the same thing,so we called and david told us they would be out to check it that day ,so we waited and nobody called or showed up,so we called the next we called again,and was told they would be out,same thing, no call,no show,.the next day we called again and david said we have to get someone out there and we talked to his wife who said she would call the dealer and get back to us,and the problem may be my weight, well im 6ft tall and 220 pounds and if thats over weight for their mattress ,david should not have told me this is a great mattress with a 10 year warranty and would be great for me and i have never in my life heard such a excuse..now when we call they dont answer the phone, i guess they see our number on caller id ,so needless to say its now been 8 days and they have not once called us back or sent anyone out to see this piece of junk mattress they sold us.so we have now filed with our credit card company to get my money back since they will not do anything to solve this issue and i bought another mattress now so i did not feel like i was sleeping in quick sand.so if you buy a mattress from them, and your told about the great customer service and warranty they have, dont believe it because when you have a problem, that all ends....they just lost my families money..
