UPDATE- after threats of lawsuits, the wife called me to discuss. Finally, she decided to make it right and send a new guy out to fix what the other guy had totally messed up. The new man was skilled and fixed everything. If you use them, make sure you do not get Steven- he has no idea how to do his job. You should be ok with anyone else- and make sure you KNOW what you're being quoted for!!
Terrible experience, Called them to come out and fix a clogged toilet at my place of business. Two guys came out with a plunger and got it to flush. Charged me $125.00 for 5 minutes of work. I ask the guys was it fixed they said sure and left. The next morning we flush the toilet again it runs all over the restroom floor. I call them back out they came back with a plunger gets it to flush once and leaves. Did not snake the system or anything. Needless to say the toilet overflows again. I wouldn't call them back if they paid me too. The worst experience I've ever had with a local company. Would not recommend.
Whatever you do, do NOT use this company! I was quoted $700 to reset a toilet and a pedestal sink (already a rip off) - the plumber left and forgot to do the pedestal sink the first time he was here - I had just had a flood so I didn't even notice -but because the invoice only stated it was the toilet- they refused to do the pedestal sink upon returning! Also, the plumber did a TERRIBLE job on caulking around a different toilet- he was about to leave my house and literally said "Sorry, I'm not very good at that!". Are. You. Kidding. Me?? Then , the boss refused to fix the issue because I said "rats ass"- this is after he told me they wouldn't fix what they promised. Stay away from H and H Plumbing!!
Piss poor service. Left gaping holes between the wall and my shower, blamed me for having paneling and not drywall. They never told me I needed drywall until after confronting them about the issue and they had already installed the shower.
They cut a large (fist sized?) square in the panel behind the shower without my permission and when asked why I was told "what did you want me to do?". Easy, use the screws in the panel to remove the panel.
I would like to thank H&H Plumbing, LLC. for coming out here on a Sunday to fix a leak from a pipe that was next to the air conditioning unit that went out this morning. Yep, you read it right, not only did the air go out but there was a leaking water pipe. The guys at H & H Plumbing got here right after the air conditioning folks left. David Hightower, thanks for taking your Sunday and helping my family out.

David seems to be a nice person but has horrible service. He put in plumbing a tub and toilet and sink. We had to call him out several times to secure the tub as he blamed the contractor for the issue. When he came back and installed the sink it is off center his excuse was instead of centering it with the light he did it based on the toilet. However, the toilet and sink are very far apart. He does sloppy work. The area of the sink where the plumbing comes out has a big hole he blamed the sheetrock people. so if you use him make sure you check the work before you give him a check because he will not do the follow up on fixing his mistakes. He blames others for his sloppy work. I would not use him ever again or recommend him. The only good thing is that I have a friend who has told us how to fix David's sloppy work. Good Luck!!
