Our AC wasn’t working when I got up Saturday morning. My Mom passed away last week, so I already had a lot on my mind. We have used Hammond Services before, they are always polite and professional so I decided to give them a call. Despite the fact that it was Saturday, a technician (Mark) was able to come by our home, troubleshoot the problem and have our ac back up and running in very little time at all (another technician even delivered the parts). Tim Simcox was our service tech today. Although it was the day before Thanksgiving, and all of his fellow employees had gone home early for the day. Tim showed up with a smile on his face in our time of need. My husband and I were already looking for the worst case scenario to have a new Water Heater installed. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what we should expect and which direction we should lean towards. He was very courteous and kind. We could not have asked for a better technician.
