I took my 96 Ford Explorer to these guys based on the recommendation of having one of their mechanics live right down the street. My car wouldn't start, and they swapped out the fuel pump. As much as it cost, I appreciated Derreck's honesty when I came back complaining about a weird steering issue. He told me exactly what I needed to know (bad tires and poor balancing) and saved me from wasting money on U-joints.
