Been going here for a few years. These guys take good care of customers. I had an issue come up a year or so ago on and they followed up to make sure I was taken care of. Called me several times to make sure it was resolved to my satisfaction -- and it had been.
Have been going here for 12 years now and they have always been courteous, helpful, hones, reasonable and will go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Anybody who complains about National Brake and Muffler just has an axe to grind. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful as well as professional in my experience and the repair work is top-shelf. There is no other repair shop for me in Griffin and trust me, I have been to most of them. What they quote you is what you pay and there is no surprise upselling. Some of the critics are proof that you just can't make everyone happy, but in my case I am.

Much more than a brake or muffler shop; these guys can, do and have done it all - great mechanics and service every time. They stay pretty busy, it always helps the customer to call ahead if possible - this will get you in and out a little faster most of the time.
