There are much better places to go besides this. They charged my mother twice for $1000 each time. Wow. Can we talk about big mistake? Then they made her go down there to show them the charges. They had to "investigate it" and they ran her in circles. Very unprofessional and the employees kept blaming each other in front of her. Like you didn't see that you charged her twice for such a large sum of money. They made her look like the bad guy when their employee messed up and most likely had the receipt of the first charge that "didn't go through". She over drafted and they totally fought with her about it. There's two separate charges for $1000 each.. it's right there.. still took weeks to get her money back. RIDICULOUS. BEWARE.
They don't know what they are doing stay away from this place. ..been here 5 hr now because of key will not turn over truck because guy turn key off said they can fix it .now waiting on a locksmith to fix it for $369..now 5 hrs these guy's don't give a flip it's like 102 degrees out side sitting here with my 8 year old waiting on locksmith to fix truck. .. national brake and Muffler behind this place is awesome never had a problem with people go there
Took my car in to test. They failed. I need my timing replaced and cat converters replaced. They tried to get me for 1800 on my cv axles and a censor that wouldn't have fixed anything. They'll lie to get your money, don't go here.

Everytime I go to this pepboys they are over $100 past the estimate I was given. There is always something extra that they "had" to do. Service is good business model is terrible.
