My 6 year old son broke his wrist and went to see Dr. Hopkins. He does not except our insurance which was fine, I was willing to pay. I asked if I could pay a down payment and set up a payment arrangement and was told no. Then, he would not except a check. While I was waiting to pay a $2000.00 bill with a credit card I informed the office manager of my complaint. I am the COO of a physicians office with multiple locations and we would never treat any patient in such a manner. Once I voiced my opinion the office manager refused to treat my son. Please share my story with all you know.
Poor customer service. Refused to release documentation. Constantly set up irrelevant therapy sessions to run up insurance bills and medical fees. Horrible customer service!! I wish I could give them no stars. I've never felt so victimized in my life.
