Have been neglecting my eyesight for a few years. Dr Rowe was very compassionate and understanding. The entire staff was so very kind and helpful Had been to another eye clinic a few years before and felt under condemnation for not being able to see a doctor sooner. Some times people have circumstances that prevent "taking care of themselves" which was my case But This office made me feel very comfortable Wish I had gone to them first
All the staff there couldn't have been more nice an up to date with everything you would need for an eye examine,Dr. Takle Jr is upfront with what kind a surgery you well need an very honest as to what to expect,i would recommend any one who is thinking about eye surgery/
Save your money. $225 for a self-pay exam, in which I spent all of 15 minutes with a doctor. Dr. Tackle has a newly remodeled office and a hilarious self check-in kiosk that 80% of his clientele can't even use, and I just helped pay for it.
I have been going here for several years. It was not until last week that I realized they had been over charging me. I have Humana insurance with a vision plan. I should only have to pay a $10 deductible for an eye exam. They have been charging me $50 for a specialist visit deductible and then another $50 for a refraction for glasses. I was told they will not refund my money. I am disabled and can't afford to come out of pocket like that. Please for your sake and if you know of any elderly persons going here, check their coverage. Call their nsurance company to verify what they should be paying. They told me it's not their responsibility to know this. You could be getting taken to the cleaners by them as well. I am very disappointed by this. The person I spoke with in billing was extremely rude and the office manager said or did nothing but to condone it. I would have given it a zero if possible. However, Dr Ghandi was very friendly and thorough. Maybe the doctors need to be made aware of how things are being handled in their office.
I am not diabetic I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes back in the late 90's but haven't an an issue with it. I take no medication for this therfore I should not be billed for it. Dr. Ghandi said she did seen some potential for glaucoma but I have never been diagnosed with that either. You want to explain that?? You are still trying to overcharge me.
My family has received excellent care from both Dr. Takle Jr and Sr. From eye exams to the eye injections for my mother in law who was just about legally blind. Now her vision is restored after the shots followed by cataract surgery. Would highly recommend Takle Eye Group to anyone. The office staff is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
